Sam Allnutt

Sam, our NZAgbiz General Manager, has been part of the Fonterra team since 2004. Over the years Sam has held several leadership roles within Fonterra including here in New Zealand and overseas, during which time he has successfully overseen the implementation of key initiatives and strategic partnerships. Sam says the main motivators in his role as GM NZAgbiz is getting closer to our farmer shareholders, as well as working with our fantastic team and great range of animal nutrition products.

Michaela Wood

Michaela has been with NZAgbiz for 4.5 years in the Dairy Industry for more than 12years.  Michaela’s key responsibility is to ensure our products meets label claims and adhere to our quality program which aligns to human grade manufacturing standards. This covers packaging, ingredient quality, plant hygiene, pest management, testing etc

Carla Rawson

Head of Sales Carla Rawson describes her role as being there to support our farmers and her sales team to ensure we get the best results possible when rearing young animals.  Carla believes we have the best team of people, and they are all as passionate as she is about producing quality products based on best practice principals, that will provide our farmers with great results.

Reuben McCabe

Reuben, our NZAgbiz Marketing Lead, started in the Fonterra Co-operative in 2019. He has held various marketing roles, particularly within the consumer goods sector. With a strong passion for brand growth and development, Reuben focuses on driving success through education and building meaningful connections with farmers.

Carla Rawson

Brian Funnell

Brian is what we call a good bugger and has been with NZAgbiz for 13 years.  Brian’s role is key to the organisation ensuring that our products such as Anlamb, Ancalf and Brutus for example are consistently meeting our high-quality standards.

Wayne Dyche

Wayne is another one of our super versatile key staff members who wears a lot of hats. To name a few: Process Manager, Maintenance Manager, Project Co-ordinator and Store Manager. Wayne has been with Fonterra since 2007 and joined NZAgbiz in 2014.  Having firsthand experience in human food grade manufacturing first Wayne brings a lot of the quality standards and structure to the Temuka site.

Jacoba Devries

Jacoba is our Commercial Manager. She has been part of Fonterra since she immigrated from the Netherlands in 2001. Jacoba’s passion for numbers makes her well-suited to provide financial leadership, governance, and direction across the end-to-end business.

Vanessa Petzer

Vanessa has been with the NZAgbiz team just over 2 years progressing from the Temuka Production and Site Administrator to the Planning and Procurement Manager. Vanessa's key responsibilities include ingredient and packaging procurement, forecasting and production planning. Vanessa has a passion for sustainability and works with external agencies to ensure we are meeting our sustainability targets.
